BOSTON (February 5, 2018) – Major League Lacrosse (MLL) announced today that Krossover will be the first official video breakdown and analytics company of MLL. Krossover has provided highly detailed video analysis for professional sports teams since 2010.
“This partnership with Krossover will allow every coach in the league to make informed decisions on his team’s strategy each week,” said Colin Keane, Lacrosse Operations Manager for MLL. “With this new information and analysis at the disposal of the coaches, we expect an already high level of play on the field to increase even further in 2018.”
Each coach will receive a game video file shortly after the conclusion of each game. That file will be meticulously organized and dissected, and the platform allows coaches to share segments of video with every coach and player on the team.
"We're very excited to announce our partnership with Major League Lacrosse this season, and to be working alongside each of their member teams," said Eric Perugini, VP of Partnerships at Blue Star Sports. "Krossover has invested countless resources to support the growth of lacrosse, and working with MLL continues to build upon that mission."
The Krossover platform also allows MLL to share analyzed video segments with coaches’ annotations via social media.
