June 9, 2018

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (June 9, 2018) – The Florida Launch snapped a four-game losing streak with a 20-18 win at James M. Shuart Stadium on Saturday night over the New York Lizards.

9:40 into the first quarter, Paul Rabil scored New York’s first goal of the game. It marked the 542nd point of his career, moving into sole possession of first place on the league’s all-time points list ahead of John Grant, Jr.

A four-goal first quarter by Dylan Molloy put the Launch up early and two more in the second from Molloy helped them hold the lead going into the half.

At the half, the Launch led 12-7. Goals by Joe Walters, Will Manny, and Matt Bocklet from the Lizards to open the third quarter saw their deficit shrink to one, but the Launch answered with three goals of their own.

- Dylan Molloy recorded a career-high eight points, finishing with seven goals and an assist.
- Kieran McArdle (4 goals, 3 assists) had a season-high seven points.
- Rob Pannell led all scorers with 10 points (3 goals, 7 assists), the first 10-point game of his career.
- Paul Rabil had a season-high six points (5 goals, assist).
