BOSTON (July 5, 2018) – Kevin Rice, Atlanta Blaze attackman, scored four goals against the Charlotte Hounds for the second time in three weeks and was named Coca-Cola Player of the Game for Week 11. Rice leads the Blaze with 24 goals, including one two-pointer, and 50 points. It is the second time he has eclipsed the 50-point mark as a member of the Blaze.
Rice's goal-scoring abilities helped his team end a five-game losing streak. Included in the four markers were two extra-man goals, which increased his season power play totals to three goals and four assists. Rice continues to perform admirably on the field despite prepping for the upcoming bar exam. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and in May received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law.
