Rattlers at Machine 2018

COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 12, 2018) – The Ohio Machine used a seven-goal third quarter to come back and defeat the Dallas Rattlers, 14-12 on Saturday night at Fortress Obetz Field.

Tom Schreiber and Marcus Holman combined for seven points in the win.

Dallas got out to a quick 5-2 lead, thanks to five different scorers, including Ty Thompson. From there, Marcus Holman scored three consecutive goals and the Machine went on an 8-1 run between the second and third quarters.

The Rattlers made a late charge, with Ryan McNamara and Thompson each tallying goals in the fourth to bring the deficit to two goals. However, Kyle Bernlohr was able to hang on for the final seven-and-a-half minutes and finished with 15 saves in the game.
