Rochester Rattlers 13 – Charlotte Hounds 10 [American Legion Memorial Stadium, Charlotte, N.C.]

WATCH: Game Highlights

The Rochester Rattlers snagged a 13-10 win over the Charlotte Hounds on Saturday night. Warrior Offensive Player of the Week Ned Crotty led the visitors with three goals, and four helpers. Jordan MacIntosh struck four times, including a between-the-legs no-look, while midfielder Matt Striebel tallied three. Charlotte’s Ryan Young earned Player of the Game with a seven goal, one assist effort. Rochester and Charlotte met for the second time in six days, each team coming away with a win. Rochester heads to Denver this Saturday, May 18, with game time set for 9:00 PM (ET). Charlotte also hits the road, taking on the Hamilton Nationals Friday, May 17, at 11:00 AM (ET).

 

Denver Outlaws 14 – Boston Cannons 10 [Harvard Stadium, Boston, M.A.]

WATCH: Game Highlights

Warrior Defensive Player of the Week Jesse Schwartzman and the Denver Outlaws held the Boston Cannons scoreless in the fourth quarter to capture a 14-10 win. The Outlaws improve to 3-0, while the Cannons start 0-3 for the first time in team’s history. Denver midfielder Drew Snider scored five, and attackman Zack Greer added four, including a highlight reel behind-the-back goal. Anthony Kelly went a convincing 16 for 27 in the faceoff X. Boston Cannon’s Ryan Boyle broke the all-time points record with his two assists on the night. His 400 points surpassed Casey Powell’s previous record of 399. Boston hosts the Chesapeake Bayhawks Saturday, May 18, at Harvard Stadium. The Outlaws will debut at home Saturday, May 18, taking on the Rochester Rattlers at 9:00 PM (ET). CBS Sports Network will have full coverage starting at 10:00 PM (ET).

 

Hamilton Nationals 12 – New York Lizards 11 [Ron Joyce Stadium, Hamilton, Ontario]

WATCH: Game Highlights

Hamilton’s Kevin Crowley scored a 2-point goal with five seconds remaining in the game to lift the Nationals over the Lizards 12-11. Kevin Cunningham saw the back of the net three times, and added one helper to improve Hamilton’s record to 2-0. Defender Brodie Merrill added eight ground balls for the victors. New York’s Matt Gibson scored twice, and added three assists for the Lizards. Goalie Drew Adams had 14 saves despite the defeat. New York travels to Ohio to take on the Machine Saturday, May 18, at 8:00 PM (ET). Hamilton will play host to the Charlotte Hounds on Friday, May 17, at 11:00 AM (ET). Both games will be broadcast live on YouTube.

 

Chesapeake Bayhawks 14 –Ohio Machine 5 [Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium]

WATCH: Game Highlights

Chesapeake remained undefeated in a convincing win over the Ohio Machine 14-5. Lightning cut the game short, resulting in only three quarters of play. Attackmen Ben Rubeor and Drew Westervelt each tallied five points, Rubeor scoring four, and Westervelt adding three. Adam Rand grabbed 13 of the 21 faceoff’s in the win. Ohio’s Joe Cummings and Jim Connolly scored two apiece for the visitors. Ohio hosts the Lizards Saturday, May 18, at 8:00 PM (ET) at Selby Stadium. Chesapeake will be traveling to Harvard Stadium to play the Boston Cannons Saturday, May 18, at 7:00 PM (ET)
