Warrior Offensive Player of the Week: Dylan Molloy

BOSTON (June 12, 2017) – Florida Launch attackman Dylan Molloy was named the Warrior Offensive Player of the Week for Week 8. Molloy helped lead Florida to a 15-14 overtime win over the Lizards on Saturday night, the club’s second straight victory.

Playing in the first game of his professional career, the 21-year-old Molloy scored three goals and picked up an assist on Alec Tulett’s game-winning goal in overtime. His third goal of the game was an unassisted effort that tied the score at 12 with just over three minutes left in regulation. The Launch selected the 2016 Tewaaraton Award winner with the first overall pick in this year’s Collegiate Draft, becoming the first ever player from Brown taken in the first round of the draft.

Molloy’s teammate, Austin Kaut, earned Warrior Defensive Player of the Week honors last week.
