Sights and Sounds from the MLL All-Star Game

Lacrosse fans soaked up the festivities surrounding the MLL All-Star Game presented by Moe’s Southwest Grill in sunny Palm Beach County, Fla. at FAU Stadium in what was the league’s first-ever event in the state. The world’s top lacrosse players traveled to South Florida for one of the most anticipated lacrosse events of the year and created lasting memories with fans before competing in a high performance game. The Bud Light Skills Competition at halftime was a highlight for most fans who watched as players competed in the fastest shot, gauntlet and freestyle contests. The game followed a familiar Young Guns vs. Old School format and in a nail biting game the veterans edged out the younger players with a final score of 18-17.

Over one hundred young fans filed into FAU Staduim for a free youth clinic hosted by MLL All-Stars and coaches prior to Saturday's All-Star Game. Budding lacrosse players received tips from the pros by rotating through stations broken up into Young Guns and Old School All-Stars.

MLL Fanzone

MLL's sponsors and partners set up outside of FAU Stadium, creating an interactive fanzone stacked with games, prizes and branded merchandise for sale. A fan favorite was the Warrior Rabil Challenge, which allows amatuer lacrosse players to test their shooting speed against others in a nationwide grassroots tour. It was revealed for the first time at the All-Star Game in Florida.
