It’s Wednesday, MajorLeagueLacrosse.com’s Movie Mania Wednesday!  This is your chance to learn a bit more about your favorite Major League Lacrosse players.  Today we shine our Movie Mania spotlight on Ohio Machine defenseman Chad Wiedmaier.

 

MLL:                      What is your favorite movie of all time? 

Wiedmaier:       Avatar

MLL:                      What is in your DVD Collection?

Wiedmaier:       The Goonies, Roadhouse, and Ken Burn's 6 disc set of "The National Park: America's Best Idea"

MLL:                      What’s the next movie in your Netflix queue?

Wiedmaier:       Warrior.  Although I've already seen that movie many times.  Great flick.

MLL:                      What is the first movie that you ever saw in a movie theater?

Wiedmaier:       Can't remember the first one specifically, but the first one I really remember vividly was "Titanic".  

MLL:                      What’s your favorite movie quote?

Wiedmaier:       "Life's a garden.  Dig it."-Joe Dirt

MLL:                      What’s your favorite sports movie?

Wiedmaier:       Friday Night Lights

MLL:                      Who is your favorite actress?

Wiedmaier:       Julia Roberts.  Erin Brockovich is one of my all time favorites as well.   

MLL:                      If they made a movie about your life, who would play you?

Wiedmaier:       Owen Wilson

MLL:                      If they made a movie about your team, who would play your coach?

Wiedmaier:       I think Will Ferrell deserves a chance in a serious sports movie.

MLL:                      Movie Face-Off – Which do you like better and why?

Rocky vs Raging Bull

Wiedmaier:       Rocky.  All of the Rockys together are quite an experience.  Stallone is an animal.
